|  GoDaddy.com, Yahoo and I believe MSN all offer web hosting with free software to build your simple website. If you want flash and such, you will want to go with Dreamworks or ExpressionWeb. Neither are exactly easy to use, but ExpressionWeb is the easier of the two, it is the next generation of Microsoft FrontPage.
