How in the world do you add the background images? I have tried and tried and my patience is running out... geez.. I feel sooo out of date ...lol...

Upload the picture you want to one of your YT profile albums. Go to the CP and click on change profile image (or something similar) then on main background for image paste the url from your album of the picture you want as a background image. Hope this helps.

you might have to resize it too...that was the problem I was having

I cant seem to upload the animated pics, anyone know why?

I could upload pics to my album but they wouldn't show up as backgrounds. I had to resize them to 600 x 600 pixels then re-upload them to my album. now they work. hope this helps

Make sure you save them as a GIF FILE - if you need help - you can email them to me and I can make sure they get saved that way ....I had to downsize my animated picture to 200 pixels so both my girls showed - but I had to do it in photoshop and save it from there - I couldn't get animation when I saved it from my messages -

I had this same problem and found that I was not saving my album as a " Profile Album"... once I did that it was much easier.
