| a good one that is really easy, but not low fat by any means is you take 1 can of cream of mushroom/chicken soup and mix it with sour cream and cover the bottom with some of the mixture reserving enough to cover the chicken, then you take chicken breast and slice it through the center so it opens like a butterfly, then you stuff it with prepared stovetop stuffing and cover it with the soup mix and bake until it is cooked through - it is really rich and good, but like I said, not a diet food |
