Has my favorite ingredient in it...cream cheese.

Sounds good...I printed it...and someday I may actually make it. LOL.

Here's my problem....I need recipes which use ingredients I have on hand...those are the ones I'd like to find.

PS What time will dinner be ready?

that is really the only stuffed chicken recipe that i actually have all the ingredients for..so it worked pretty nice.

dinner will be around 6:30

Oh I see...you eliminated the other ones. I do that...read the list...nope, don't have x, go to the next....nope, no whatever....then bingo...find one...who cares what it tastes like...I have all the necessary ingredients. LOL

a good one that is really easy, but not low fat by any means is you take 1 can of cream of mushroom/chicken soup and mix it with sour cream and cover the bottom with some of the mixture reserving enough to cover the chicken, then you take chicken breast and slice it through the center so it opens like a butterfly, then you stuff it with prepared stovetop stuffing and cover it with the soup mix and bake until it is cooked through - it is really rich and good, but like I said, not a diet food

That sounds yummy! I think I might make that for dinner tonight....except without the creamcheese, because we don't have any in the house, and with lime, because we don't have lemons. lol

LOL Let me know how it tastes!! I tried the one that toocuteteddy posted and it was good! I will try the other one next time
