| What other breed? I know that this has been posted before but w/so many new YTrs I thought it would be fun to see what other breed of dog you would chose if you could NOT have a yorkie? My choice would be Great Dane Mi-Ki Biewer Shihzu Standard Poodle Now your turn!!!

| Mine Would Be A Maltese - So Cute, Or Toy Poodle, I Had One Of These When I Was A Child, He Was My Best Friend. I Think I Just Like Cute, Cuddly, Teddy Bear Type Dogs.

| I have the two breeds I wanted - a low maintenance Shih Tzu when our kids were little and we had to be gone a lot for school functions, on weekends, etc. And a hih maintenance Yorkie to fill my empty nest with the girls in college. The other breed that we nearly got after seeing one a basketball tournament is a Japenese Miki. But at that time, they were failry rare and hard to come by here in the US. Interesting because the two coat styles look like completely different dogs. We wanted a long hair. http://www.qualitydogs.com/Mi-Ki/information.html

| Maltese & Biewers (but I plan to own on of each one day as well as my yorkies) If none of those existed, I'd probably get a shih-tzu or long haired chihuahua or a pekingese. I like these breeds but will probably never own one - cavalier King Charles Spaniel, Sheltie, Border Collie, Austrailian Shepherd, Golden Retrievers, Great Pyranese.

| I love dogs, it is so hard to pick one. Right now I have labs and a boston terrier along with my 2 yorkies. I love the Burmese mountain dog, they are so stinking cute, I like black and tan coonhounds, Newfoundland, Great Danes, Golden retrievers, Standard Poodles, I could go on and on and on. lol Notice they are mostly large dogs
