I'm scared for my mom

I am not going to go into detail here....but can you all PLEASE pray for my mother. She is about to get some news that is going to completely devastate her. and I mean to the point that she may very well be suicidal. and there is absolutely NOTHING I can do. I am so incredibly scared right now and really really am not sure what to do, or what to think. I am freaking out. so please, if you can spare a prayer, please pray for my mothers strength, faith, and emotional well being.

I only wish that was possible. I have no way of contacting her...and no way of knowing when she gets this news. It is a very very long story, and a very personal one...but there is nothing I can do to help her or to reach out to her.

I am going to write her a letter...that is the only contact I have with her. but it will not get to her for another week...and since I have already received a copy of the letter that was sent to her as well, then I am sure she has already received hers...since she is in the same state that the letter was sent from. So I really don't know how much good me writing a letter now will do. But I will definitely try.

Not sure what the whole story is but is there any way you can go be with her. I know sometimes we as a family have issues (I have tons with my mom) but if you can go and support her at this time or get some other way to contact her immediately other that snail mail then give it a shot.

If you write that letter you can send it different ways to get it there much faster, if that helps.

Try to breathe and do what you can. If there is nothing you can possibly do, then know that and try to be at peace with it. It sounds pretty horrible and I hope things turn out ok for your mom. (and you)

no, it's not possible for me to be with her. I really really wish it were. Thank you so much for your prayers and for offering your support. I feel so very helpless right now. I can only hope that she can find a reason...or a few reasons...to keep trying.

Just said a prayer for both your mom and your entire family. I know that things seem extremely hard right now and she may very well be devastated but know that prayers work miracles, He listens and if we put our trust in him things will work itself out. I dont know whats going on but I truly believe if he brings us to it he will bring us through it. I will continue to pray for you guys. Im so sorry.

yes, I will overnight the letter to her. good thinking!!! thanks I am so scared. I just hope that if anything does happen to her, that someone will call me. I am going to call down there tomorrow and give them a "heads up" so they can keep a very close eye on her.
