Does anyone here work at JoAnns or know anything about their return policy? I bought something back in June, and have yet to use it. In fact, I don't think I will ever use it

I'm wondering if they'll give me my money back for it, especially since the purchase was made 6 months ago

General return policy [LIST][*]Joann.com guarantees all merchandise.[*]If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return it within 30 days for a full product refund.[*]Items returned must be in sellable condition.[*]Opened items qualify for an online merchandise credit. Opened software may not be returned unless it is defective. If defective, software may be returned or exchanged for an exact replacement.[*]Fabric that has been cut, dyed or washed may not be returned or exchanged.[*]Returns after 30 days qualify for an online merchandise credit or exchange only up to 90 days from the ship date.[*]We are not able to accept returns for White Embroidery cards or software that has been opened.[/LIST]

If they don't let you return it because you bought it so long ago, try returning it w/o the reciept, that way they have no idea when you bought it, and maybe can atleast give you a store credit.
