| Xmas gifts for scrapbooker? I need your help. My girlfriend is in to scrapbooking. She is taking her daughter to Ireland in March. I thought some scrapbooking supplies, perhaps with an Irish theme might make a nice gift. However, I don't know what supplies she has, what size of paper she uses etc. I was thinking of a gift card to our local craft shop so she could pick out what she needs/wants. But that is kind of impersonal. I don't want to spend more than $20. Any suggestions on how to create a scrapping gift? Also, her daughter will graduate from college next year. Any inexpensive ($10) gift ideas for a 21 year old? She just got an apartment but it is stocked. Thanks!

| If the daughter has an IPod you could get her a $10 I-Tunes card... For the scrapbooker if you could find some Irish lace or a doily made of Irish lace for her to use in her book that would be a nice gift EBay always has some.

| The itunes card is a good idea. I hadn't thought of that. My daughter is about to bankrupt me with Itunes. She wants a new song or two every day. $2.00/per day X 30 days in a monthX 12 months a year =

| Good Ideas! I thought of the ITunes gift card. She has an IPOD but I don't know if it is functional. However, she does have a laptop so she could play songs on that.

| The Ipod card sounds like a really good idea, and I would try to get here scrapbooking things with an Irish flare. I'm sure they would help you at the scrapbooking store.

| WoW! Great idea on the iTunes card......or really any other gift card for that matter...... For the scrapbooker....how about a gift card to a local hobby store or scrapbook store! I know I am getting my MIL a gift card to Hobby Lobby because she is into photos and scrapbooks...but I couldn't even begin to think of what she needs or wants regarding scrapbooks.

| Well, you could personalize a gift card with a note explaining that you wanted to be sure she got what she really wanted and you could include a 'coupon' for a shopping day at the craft store and lunch on you...or wrap it up with a nice box of flavored tea, coffee or cocoa so she can relax while scrapbooking her memories. My best friend likes to read so one year I bought her a new book, box of flavored hot chocolate mixes and some new slippers so she would stay toasty on a cool evening while enjoying her new book. |
