Hey all - it's been a few weeks now since I posted and I want to do a thread to say thank you again to the members of this site and my friends thru the yorkie world in general - (some may read here but don't post)

You all were just awesome when my husband died...I really fell apart and there were so many of you there to help pick up the pieces and I thank you for that..... The phone calls - the cards and to those who did more ....I'll never forget it as long as I live.

It's been the worst time of my life and for a while there I didn't think I'd get thru it ....There are so many people that I want to thank personally but please know this includes YOU and you know who you are.

Little by little I'm getting myself back to who I was before he died. I miss him way more than I can say

but know he's in a better place) and now I have to get 'me' to a better place and I'm trying.

I have a new appreciation for anyone dealing with severe depression or a loss of a loved one now. We hear about it all the time but until you actually go thru it I don't think we really ever know how totally consuming it can be to hurt so bad. There's been many days I just wanted to curl up with the girls and hide from the world - but it really is thanks to my good friends both here and in my 'real' life that I've been able to function,

SO - THANK YOU ALL AGAIN. Yorkie people really are the best.

Vee, it's good to hear from you! I've often wondered how you were doing. I know that you're blessed to have your girls with you to give you comfort. We sure do miss having you around. Hugs to you!!!

Ahhh hi V....so glad to see you start to post even if its just a little....we miss you and the girls (love your Spy Girls!!)....xoxoxo I know this is going to be a tough first holiday season for you but remember your YT family is here for you as always. If you were up here in Ohio I'd give you a big 'ol hug..but this will have to do.

It's good to be here. I don't want to keep repeating myself but I really have missed you all. After all these years posting on yorkie sites (almost 4 of them lol) I feel like a part of me is missing when I can't get on here everyday to say hi but you're all in my heart.

Hi, V....good to see you back. I was just thinking about you yesterday & how I miss seeing your posts. Just remember that we're all STILL here for you if you need us....I know the holidays will be rough, but I know you will make it through. YOu have family and friends that love you.
