I am thankful

I am thankful for my mom, she is always there for me even if she doesnt agree with the reason she is there in the first place. She has always been there to listen and love me and for that I am thankful.

I am thankful for my dad, he has always been my rock. Providing for our family growing up and loving me unconditionally. Sometimes a fathers best conversations dont include words, thats how my dad is. I could tell when I was making a good or not so good choice just by the way he guided me and for that I am thankful.

I am thankful for my brothers, Matt and Ryan for they taught me all about little boys to guide me into having my own.

I am thankful for my sister Jamie, we dont always see eye to eye but we always have eachothers back. Girl talk is never the same as it is with a sister!!

I am thankful for my marriage. I love my husband Mark. Our marriage is not perfect but we love eachother and really thats all that matters.

I am thankful for my children. I would not be who I am today if it wasnt for them. Issac is such a strong willed child he has taught me that there is nothing we cannot conquer if you just be brave and endure. Kyle is such an lover. Theres nothing that a four year old boys little hug cannot heal.

I am thankful for my friends. I have the BEST friends a girl could ask for. They are always there, no matter if its four in the morning or noon. Sometimes all you need is a nonjudgemental ear and for that I am thankful

I am thankful for my house and food. To have running water and a warm bed to crawl into at night.

I am thankful for my animals. They are always there to greet you with a smile and are always happy to enjoy a warm lap and a good movie!!

I am thankful for god. He works in mysterious ways. I have been guided and shown unconditional love through him. Doesnt matter how many times you screw up or need him, he is there. For this I am thankful

I am thankful for my wonderful husband who tries so hard each and every day to treat me like a princess.

I am thankful for our two gorgeous furbabies who are the light of my life and are the cause for countless smiles and laughter.

I am thankful for my mom and the strength she's shown during her illness.

I am thankful for my 2 brothers and 2 sisters who have always been there for me.

I am thankful for YT, where I can come anytime I need advice or have questions, or even if I just want to see cute pics!

I am thankful that I am able to attend a university and that we have enough financially to get through both of us being students.

I am thankful for a warm house, good food, and for all of the necessities of life.

I am thankful for Jesus Christ and His presence in my life

I'm thankful for my daughter & the opportunity to see her grow and blossom into a beautiful young lady both inside & out.

I am thankful for my parents and how giving they are - I am so thankful, that at 65 & 66 they traveled from Florida in Sept. to paint the exterior of my 2-story house!

I am thankful for my extended family and the love my grandmother helped create before her passing this year at 103 1/2 - she was as sharp as a tack & independent every day, showing us all how to live, love & give to others

I am thankful for my furbabies, they fill each day with joy, love and laughter.

I am thankful for my home and the shelter and security it provides

I am thankful for my job, even when I hate to go to work every day, it has provided me the means to move forward

I am thankful for good friends

I am thankful that God gave me the ability to think for myself and the intelligence and skills to do so many things

I am thankful for good health - physically & mentally

I am thankful for those who serve our country - our president, our senators, congress, other leaders who are willing despite criticism to lead especially during these trying days. I am thankful for the military service people who so unselfishly serve our country and the families that allow them to do so. I am so thankful that I live in the United States with all its rights and priviledges

I'm grateful that no matter what, God sees me thru everything

I'm thankful for my 2 sons and daughter in law. They brighten my life each and every day.

I'm thankful that God let me keep Daddy for a while longer after nearly losing him back in May.

I'm thankful that I have a loving, strong Mother who's always there for me, even when I haven't deserved it.

I'm thankful that I have 2 sisters who are happy and healthy. The special bond between sisters cannot be duplicated anywhere else.

I'm thankful that I have Lucy and Rebel. Their uncondiitonal love has helped keep me sane after my husband's death.

I'm thankful for a roof over my head, a job, and friends who love me.

I'm thankful that I understand exactly how precious life is.

I am thankful for my beautiful children. Who would have thought that all those prayers when I was young...to have 2 children with blonde hair and blue eyes...yes, God listens!

I am thankful for my DH. He keeps me grounded.

I am thankful for my friends. Though they are few, good friends are hard to come by and you should hang on to them when they do.

I am thankful that I have a job...well, two to be exact. There are many out there that aren't even able to find one good paying job for whatever reason.

I am thankful to have a lovely home and food. So many are homeless, living out of their cars, on the streets or are couch jumpers. I have a place to call my own.

I am thankful for so much...and for this thread.

I am thankful for soooo many things! First and foremost for God, for always being there to listen and protect me. For having his angels all around me and my family and because i have so many, even though i am not wealthy, but to others it is a lot, i realize there's a lot of ppl that don't have as much as me and i pray for them. I'm thankful for my family, for being able to have my dogs and take care of them, for my apt. , my school and all the opportunities i have! I'm thankful for my niece being born. I just have so much to thank for!

I am so very thankful for so much in my life.
My mom for always being there for me and loving me mo matter what I put her through while growing up. My sister for being the best friend anyone can have. My husband for being so loving, caring, helpful,giving and just being the best husband a woman can have. My children who mean the world to me. last but definitely not least im thankful for everything god has done in my life. I many not be wealthy as far as money is concerned but I sure am wealthy in every other aspect. I thank him for watching over my children and family. He sure is great isnt he!

Thank you for posting this thread. We all, myself included, get so wrapped up in the goings on around us, that we don't stop and think about what we really are thankful for.

I'm thankful for my family, that we stick together no matter what. and even though we fight a bit, we all know that we love each other.

I'm thankful for my extended family, because they are always there for support and love.

I'm thankful for my talents that I've been given, and I'm trying to use them to the best of my ability.

I'm thankful for this great new house that I'm in...and I'm thankful that its in a good neighborhood and town.

I'm thankful that I managed to bring up all of my grades on my report card...so I didn't get killed haha.

I'm really, truly thankful for Angie, her husband Brendon, and Mike. I wish that I could tell him how much they mean to me, but thats not even possible to describe.

I'm thankful for my cousin, who took Tucker for us, because she is willing to handle a non-housebroken dog, and has a "get it done or bust" attitude about getting Tucker housebroken for us so we can have him back.

I'm thankful for my friends...who are always there for me to lean on...and I'm always there for them to lean on. Two of my friends inparticular, Emily and Jessica. We are like sisters. We fight every now and then, but at the end of the day they're the ones that I want to talk to when I need something or when I'm bored.

and finally, I'm thankful for my faith. I know that Heavenly Father and Jesus Christ are watching over us and helping us. Because if they weren't, there's no way I would've been able to get through these last couple of weeks and months.

This is a great thread. I'm thankful for good friends, thankful for my family - and very thankful for my girls....when I get really down I try to count blessings these days and many of you are right there being counted. Most of all we should be thankful for our health - I know 1st hand what can happen when you don't have your health.

I'm thankful I was able to be with my husband on his last day and that he went peacefully without pain.

I'm thankful for EVERYTHING in my life...there is just too much I am grateful for, that I couldn't possibly list here.
I am thankful for all in my life (friends, family, YT family, those who I don't know well and those I will get to know).
I am thankful for waking up every morning and livng a free life, a life full of joy and love and a life that has been blessed with sooo much!

I am thankful that my father who was diagnosed with alziemers in Feb
is only so far affected with short term memory loss and knows who we
all still are.

I am thankful that when my mother was diagnosed with breast cancer
3 weeks ago that I was able to be there and help her get through the
emotion of coming to terms with what is really the unknown at this
point.

I am thankful that my husband is not only very understanding during
my many times of need lately but that he also takes good care of my
fur babies when I must be gone.

I am thankful that after a scare of my son's fiancee losing her baby
she's 5 months pregnant with that things are looking much better
and we can't wait to welcome this new grand daughter into our lives.

I am thankful for the 3 beautiful granddaughters and 1 grandson I
already have.

I am thankful for my 4 healthy kids.

I am thankful for my friends for being a great support network to me
lately when life has seemed very hard and depressing.

I am thankful for forums like this that allow you to vent when you
need it the most.

I am thankful to the big guy in the sky for never giving us more than
we can handle and making us stronger because of the things we learn
about ourselves and others during the bad times in life.

I am thankful for the precious furbabies in my life who are always
there to brighten my days no matter how dark they seem.
