There is absolutely nothing for you to cry about. If you sincerely want to feel like you fit in better then I would think you would want to know what the problems were so you could be sure they didn't keep happening. Drawlins did you a big favor by going out on a limb and telling you the truth. It is how many feel.

If a member comes on saying mean things about their Yorkie or cussing , a lot of people dont like that and so it turns them away or it makes them mad and they start questioning that member. we are all here because we have Yorkies and love them and want to learn all we can about them and get to know other Yorkie owners. | |

drawlins27... I think your post was just fine, and found absolutely nothing to be offensive. JMO, but she just seems to have an issue with this site and many members on here already. I've fully read this post an everyones responses; all of them nice/objective; and still nothing but negative feedback... I for one know, you cant win em all... Also, not everyone has the same state of mind either... Scooby (sp) I hope that you will be able to overcome your issues and move on... If your breathing, your blessed and thats what matters

| I have been a member here for quite a long time, I rarely post, and I am not at all "popular" on the forum, but I personally have never had a problem with any of these so-called "popular" members, most of them have been kind, receptive to, and respectful of my posts without me divulging any personal information...Since I do read the board more than I post here are my observations... (1) There have been some members on here during my tenure that caused quite big stir ups including threatening other members with lawsuits, scamming money, even scamming undeserved sympathy...These members typically were the type that had one sensational post after the other, always with some emergent horrible situation where their behavior and the behavior of others they described may have been factual, but taken in the aggregate with the daily posts well it tends to be a tell that perhaps there is some inacurrate representation happening...Then it is the natural instinct of other members to want to prevent the scamming, lying, using that has happened in the past...Once people get to know you maybe this will not be the case. While it is normal to not want to share personal information over the internet, being extremely secretive often sends up red flags, particularly in conjunction with a series of outrageous threads. (2) People, including myself, often take things far to personally...Sometimes if your posts do not get a huge response it is often the first instinct to take it personally...However, maybe there was just a thread about that topic and you forgot to run a search, or maybe folks really do not know the answer to the question or have experience with the issue, etc...Starting threads that are by their very nature personal such as this one however, is probably not the best way to prevent drama and just enjoy some talk about yorkies. (3) People who know they are very sensitive, prone to personalizing things to much, etc...Should try to think how their threads are likely to be taken by others and figure out the best and least outrageous way to state their questions or comments in order to prevent others from taking them incorrectly and spurring drama... Just my thoughts, as one "unpopular" Yter to another.

| It says a lot that you even cared enough to start this thread. It's all water under the bridge so let's just all start over. You have an absolutely beautiful Pom and Yorkie and I look forward to reading more about them!
