| So I did it! I had my hair wacked off! It's so VERY freeing!! And i feel like i look like a grown up now too. I have had my hair very long for so long and i was beginning to feel like an overgrown teenager and so not in style. The beautician cut about 12 inches off my hair, there was a mess of curls all over the floor It's cut in a modified a line. Longbangs i tuck behind my ear in front and layered in back. It looks very sassy! She showed me how to use the flat iron, wow those things are awesome! |

| I'm thinking of getting mine all cut off too. My husband will have a fit, but I've had long hair FOREVER (I know that's how everyone who knows me refers to me when they're describing me....first thing..."she's got really long, dark hair")...I'm scared, but so ready for a change! Just gotta get the nerve. And I"m talking SHORT....like Jenny McCarthy's. Let's see yours!

| I don't know if i'll get a pic today but i will. I was really apprehensive what my husband was going to say. It's not like i really cared but i knew he probably would have nothing nice to say about it as he has always said he prefers my long hair. Well when i came in the door he just kept saying wow, you look really cute. I was shocked, my hubby really did like it. It doesn't even touch my shoulders, it's so short. The shock of my life was when i took a shower for the first time and i had NO hair to wash, I was thinking gosh, i don't really even need conditioner! LOL |

| It sounds nice!!! I bet that was a load off too. I bet you feel like a different person! What did the kids think? Your hair sounded like mine and I recently decided to chop mine off too. My stylist has told me for years that I would look good with shorter hair, but DH has always liked long hair. I use to use sooo much conditioner and spend so much time trying to straigten it....not, it has long loose curls and is so much shorter and lighter. I stopped having so many headaches too...isn't that weird!
