It is a size xxs and fits up to 4 pounds and she is 2 pounds but it is still way to big and she just takes it right off...I want to know if yall know of anything working because I want to be able to take her to other peoples house but she isn't fully potty trained and I don't want her having accidents... |

| You should have one custom made for her. If the diaper is too big and bulky, she won't be comfortable and won't like it. I make some and sell them on my site, they have elastic at the legs and bottom so they have a nice fit and I make them small enough for your girl in many different fabrics and two different styles, including ones with a cute little skirt. Oh and you can just use a panty liner or a cheap generic maxi pad. Don't pay the $6 for the ones at petsmart. You can cut down a pad to make it fit if needed. There are several other members here who custom make them too. Take a look around. Last edited by chloeandj; 04-20-2007 at 07:39 AM. |

| I have a 15 year old Chihuahua that is incontinent and I have tried everything on her to keep her bed dry, but nothing stays on her at all. Last week-end I even bought tiny diapers from Petsmart. First they don't stick well at all and still came off her. Her middle is round, but her hips are extremely tiny. I even tried premie diapers and pjs to keep them on her, but she manages to get her front legs out of the pjs and then off come pjs and diaper. I'm at my wits end. |

| I tried the surgical tape that doesn't pull the hair, and I wrapped her like a mummy from her waist up to under her arms. Didn't do the trick, it just slid on down. I finally just bought a bunch of fleece material and use them during the day, and just a wee-wee pad covering her bedding at night, but every morning she is wet and sometimes even poops in her bed. I even have to run a small electric heater in her bedroom to keep her warm at night because we turn the thermostate down to 65 at night. Needless to say she gets a bath every morning. She also has dementia and forgets that she is eating, or thinks her elevated food bowls are to climb up on and she gets herself all wet and food coated. |

| My girl is in heat now, we are using pampers, size small... Zoey is 5 lbs. I bought a diaper that someone had made, and Zoey hated it. It wasn't comfy for her to keep on. I just take some kind of tape, I like Athletic tape because it is so sticky, and stick it over the tabs so she can't get it off. We've done this for a week now, and things are great. The thing I like about the diapers is that if she does have to potty and I don't know it, she goes in the diaper and it doesn't go everywhere. With the one that was made, I put a pantyliner in it, but she had an accident and it soaked through and was a mess...

| Delsi was 15 years old December 11th 06. She is only 3 pounds 2 oz. We've had her since she was 12 weeks old. |

| Well I bought size 1 pampers but they are too wide between her legs and she cannot walk, but I will definatly try to tape the dog diaper around her. I don't know why but she never uses the bathroom in her diaper, but as soon as it comes off she uses it on her pad which is a good thing. I do agree that the dog pads are a waste of money!!!! They are just pantyliners... |
