Thanks! Yes he is very very very mischevious !! He gets into EVERYTHING! He keeps us very busy (in a good way) . He's very smart though so he's starting to get what "no" means. We've only had him for a week and a half so he's still adjusting to his new environment. You wouldn't know it though, he walks around like he owns the place! He's so cute it's hard to say no to him! Are yorkie pups ears not usually up like that?? Thanks for all your responses, I have a lot to learn and look forward to your help.

I know what you mean, Nita is the same, how can you say no to them, Nita refuses to sleep in her basket, if she accidentally nods of there we are wakened up at 3am in the morning with crying wanting to get into bed, you can´t get angry when she looks at you with that face She bosses her big brother around wich is unbeliveable since he is alpha-male, if any other dogs tries this he goes mad . I dont know about the ears but Nitas ears are still down

Wow, that's so funny that he lets her boss him around, how cute!! I didn't realize that the ears don't just go like that naturally. But now that you mention it, I read somewhere that sometimes you have to tape them up. I wasn't sure what they were talking about. We only went to one place and all the pups had their ears up as well. How many pounds does Nita weigh? Is she a normal size Yorkie? When we got Diesel they told us he was a teacup. I've now learned there is no such thing. But part of the reason we got him was cause I wanted one that will be very small. They told us at max he would weight 5 pounds, but now I'm thinking they might have been wrong.

Yeah I heard about taping the ears, but I´m keeping her ears trimmed to see if they won´t go up on their own, just thinking about taping them makes me cringe, she would not look at me for a month if I did that to her I´m not sure about her weight I think she´s about 1-1 and a half kg (2.2-3.3 pounds) but she might be a bit more she´s still got all her puppy fat on , she´s grown a lot since we got her (we got her when she was only 5-6 weeks old due to her mummy dying) I think the maximum weight is about 6 1/2 lb, it´s still small enough for me, Otto being such a "big" dog

Oh my goodness he is so adorable. He is about the same size as my girl Karma, who was about 1.8 at 8 weeks. Now at 12 weeks, she is almost 3 pounds, and expected to be about 6 at adult weight, according to something that I read saying to double the 12 week weight to get their adult weight. We were told Boomer was a teacup too, without knowing that there is no such thing, and if there was, they are just more susceptible to problems... Good luck with him, and just wait until he REALLY gets going Love from Karma and Boomer
