| I don't think so! Hubby and I went to the groomer's at Petsmart to pick up our Lh chi (Puff) and our pom, Seymour. We had the bath brush and more for them. Wonderful job they look so puffy. Seymour was fussy and whiny as it was the first time being without us away from home. Dh took them outside with them in his arms. He said a lady came up to him and asked if he was giving them away. He of course sd no very politely. Honestly, I do not think I would have been so polite. It would prob been more like, H### No! Why she thought this, I have no idea. Then he said an older lady came up and asked Puff. She sd she bred yorkies and thought he looked like a chocolate yorkie. I think she is a mix but we were told she was a full blood chihuahua. Dh wanted a chi so I kid she is really a yorkie masked as a chi. Here are some pics of my babies:

| ha! they are soo cute! I had a similar incident but the old man asked me how much Blue was when I was outside with Blue, Pearl & Beau. Ok, they all are different breeds but it does not mean I'm selling any of them! I did give him a dirty look. |

| That's really an odd thing for someone to say, isn't it? I think they all look cute as can be.

| Thanks all. I love my furbabies so much. My dtr wondered if she was just kidding. Dh did not seem to think so. I just would not think to ask someone that out of the blue. And they had just come from the groomers so it did not look as if they were neglected as I would think someone just wanting to get rid of a dog would be, know what I mean?

| They are all cute and I can see why someone would want to jump at the chance but why on earth ask if he was giving them away! Maybe just wishful thinking. The 3rd pic does look like a chocolate -- the pink nose is telling. Sometimes I have a hard time seeing the difference of chocolate and standard colors in a pic online but the nose usually tells. Standard color yorkies have a solid black nose. Choclates have a pinkish/brownish nose.
