My baby Cupie died in my arms 6 weeks ago. She was 15. Since last May, she became blind and deaf. I treated her like a new born baby the last five months. I don't think I have wept this much for any other yorkie we have lost. She was born handicapped. I took her sight unseen and thought she was perfect with her little limp and misshapen ribs and paw. I can't wait to see her again. I know she is waiting for me.

I'm so sorry that your lost your baby Cupie but know she is waiting for you and one day, you two will no doubt re-unite in love. Until then, know that your baby had a great life here until sickness took her and will always be lovingly remembered. I'm praying that in time your healing from this grief will begin and life will be good again. Until then, you are not alone as most here have lost dear ones and feel your pain right along with you.

Your love shines through your words. Tears rolled down my face as I thought of your love. It really doesn't matter if our Yorkies are off standard or misshapen. They are precious and beautiful in our eyes. My 16.5 yr. old tiny girl, who left me in July, was not pretty to others. But, oh how I loved her. I so wanted her to stay, but God had already given me the year I had asked for. It was time for Rosie to return to her creator. Blessings. ~Joanne~

So sorry. The words that people above spoke are so true and heart warming. Cupie can now see and hear all the wonderful stories that other furbabies that have crossed the rainbow bridge tell her and she can tell them how you were the love of her life.

I understand.....my precious little Kia, died in my hands, on 2/28.

My life hasn't been the same since.

But, you are right-our girls are in Heaven, waiting for us, and one day, we will be with them again.
