| My poor coworker :( I take Lola into work with me all the time to visit and spend some time with her "aunties". (The ladies I work with at walgreens) I was talking to my coworker Emmie who told me her Silky terrier got out this morning and ran over the highway. I assured her that she will get her home safe, but while I was there, she got THE phone call. She started sobbing and had to sit down. Her baby had been hit by a car and was gone. I felt so bad for her, I knew if it were me getting a call about my Lola, I'd be inconsolable. I left a few minutes later because I didn't having my dog around when she looks so similar to Emmies. I wish I could have been a bigger help.

| Wow, how sad. Do you know who let the pup out? Certainly she didn't and then left for work?

| Oh no she didnt let her out, the dog ran out on accident. I think her kids left the door open too long. It certainly wasn't anyones fault. All of the family loved that dog and they spent the day trying to get her home.

Senior Yorkie Talker | awww this is terrible! i couldnt imagine how shes feeling, i would be in pieces. my sisters border collie got out about 2 months ago and was knocked over and dragged along the road by a 4x4, we thought she wouldnt make it but someone was obviously looking after her up there as she survived and the vet managed to save her leg that was almost completely ripped off, shes still got pins in her leg but is making an amazing recovery, even the vet cant believe shes doing so well. We were lucky that we had a happy ending and we truely thank our lucky stars that Megan is ok. My heart really goes out to your co-worker, i couldnt imagine how i would feel if that happened to my little Millie im sosorryfor her loss x

| I'm going to see her at work tomorrow, and let her know that the wonderful people all over the world on YT are grieving with her and that we all send out our prayers to her. My Lola is my life, if I were to lose her it would shatter me. I've lost quite a few dogs in the past, but she and my lab are my life. I can't imagine the pain shes in.
