OMGosh, Beth! I'm so very sorry to hear this tragic news! I can't believe it! When I pm'd you last night, I hadn't seen this thread. I feel utterly sick for you. Poor little Lulu...and poor you and your family. I send hugs to you and heartfelt sympathy. What a shock and great sadness this is. I will be thinking of you and praying for you. *HUG*

We love him for who he is. And, having him did help our hearts to heal more quickly, I truly believe that. Only you know if you are ready, there is no timeline, it's different for every person. But, I do agree, once you have a yorkie in your life you can't do without!
