| It sounds like a reaction to a shot. If it keeps up or gets more sever he may need to be seen by an emergency vet

| yea when Abby got hers they told us she might be a little sick the first day but anything after the first day should be taken to a vet. Is there no emergency vet open?

| Most likely it is due to nervousness. I know my parent's yorkie will throw up when he gets nervous. Lacy will also throw up when she is severly nervous (which has only happened once). Just keep an eye on the puppy. He will probably be a little lethargic for the next day or two from the shots. If the symptoms get worse though it may be a reaction to the vaccines.
