| Are you in vet school too? Which school do you go to? I just started my first year at Texas A&M. Lots of hard work to become a vet isn't it?

| The coolest job! Congratulations. Such a hard job, but so rewarding. When you start out your practice, you may have to YT'er discounts.

| Wow! Thanks for all your responses! This definately compounds my opinion that my vet is overpriced! Unfortunately, many vets in Vancouver ARE over priced b/c people are willing to pay these inflated prices...and this particular vet came highly recommended to me b/c I had an absolutely HORRIBLE experience w/another vet. I called around to other vets for estimates, and found that the SPCA charged the lowest prices and also came recommended to me by my dog trainer. Thanks again for all your responses! This makes me feel a LOT less worse about not seeing this vet again!

| For Ben's neuter and exraction of 2 teeth it was £100, which is $200. Indy's spay was £130 ($260) but she did not have any teeth to pull. |
