| That's a tough one. Have you been crate training her? Lucy stays in her crate all day while i'm at work (my boyfriend takes her out when he gets up, or when he gets home from work/school) we put a nice fluffy blanket and her bed in there along with some safe toys that I know she won't hurt herself with, such as a Kong Wubba. She seems to be fine. You might want to start slowly introducing her to a crate, make it a place she wants to be. Encourage her to go into the crate my placing her favorite treat in the back of it. Then start putting her in there for say 10 minutes and then increase it each time, eventually she will not mind being in her crate at all. I find that Lucy will go in there sometimes on her own at night just to get away and relax for a while.

| I saw that on the dog whisperer. Another thing you can do is leave an article of clothing of yours that has your smell on it

| Good suggestions, she sleeps in her crate at work and at night Level with the bed so that she can see us. She does eat throughout the day too, so should I leave her a small bowl of food? I would be leaving her home by herself for about 8and a half hours. I do have two other dogs who have no problem being in there crates as long as they are next to each other. |

| Can she stay by them too? She wouldn't feel so all alone.
