My Tiny Treasures Donating Member | When buying a new puppy.............. I am just shocked at how people just put you off, like your inconveniencing them! You ask for pictures and the soonest they can get to it is next week????!!?!?!? What do you make of that???? I'm just kinda shocked. Its like they could care less if they make a sale or not and just don't want to be bothered! I should add I'm not talking about any YT breeders! I'm just finding it crazy! |

| Yeah it can get pretty vexing. It's even worse when you get no response at all. |

| Breeders take time to send pictures, info and some people asking for these never return any response, wheither they like them, if they did not get them, etc... |

| I know exactly what you mean!!!!! When I was looking for a pup, I contacted lots of breeders. They would send a pic of the puppy, but if you asked for pics of the parents, forget it. They either didn't have any, couldn't find them, didn't have time to send them. Most would send a picture of the puppy when it was younger, and when I would ask for a more up to date one, I would never hear back. One breeder had a boy and a girl, and I asked if she could send me a picture of them together, so I could compare. She said there was no way she could get them to stay still in a picture together. I asked couln't someone hold both of them and she could take the picture? She said OK, then never sent it. I would ask the temperment of different pups, and one said, "She can be whatever you want her to be". I realize breeders get a lot of requests from people for pics and have to answer a lot of questions, but that is just part of it. You can't fork over that much money without feeling comfortable about the breeder and the pup. I finally found someone that sent me lots of pics of the pup and his mom. She answered all my questions and then some, and described his personality in detail. When I got him, she was right on, and I was so pleased. They are out there, just hard to find. Wow, I just meant to agree with you, and instead wrote a really long post!! I guess your post just brought back the months of frustration that I went through when I was looking. Good luck!!

| I know exactly what you mean. I never buy puppies from people who are 'iffy' when you ask them simple questions, it makes me suspicious and if i'm buying a puppy then I want to know that he or she is coming from someone that I can trust. |

My Tiny Treasures Donating Member | The thing is, I breed, and I sell, and I treat inquiries like I would want to be treated. I get excited when people email me about my babies! I love sending pictures! I love keeping them updated. I just don't get it? |

| Yes, I know exactually what you are talking about. You would think they would want to pamper you since they are getting your money. |
