| Dang it! We got fleas! Chloe's coat has been looking pretty bad this week and she has been going nuts scratching but I couldnt find anything on her until today, and so far without locating my flea comb I have found and killed 3 fleas. I put some flea treatment on her and I can only hope it works fast. Cross you fingers! With all the rain we had I knew it was only a matter of time before we had fleas like crazy. The misquito population here in Texas have already been insane for the past month!

| Knock on wood, Murfee doesn't have fleas....yet. We use revolution or something...but we have 4 baby kitties (outside kitties) and they have fleas. They are only about 2 weeks old....any suggestions from anyone about what to use on them. All the stuff I found is for at least 12 weeks old. |

| We've been struggling with fleas all summer because Lacy is allergic to fleas and will itch like crazy. And working a dog boutique/grooming salon, dogs come in every day with fleas so it's pretty much impossible to keep all fleas off of her. I tried frontline and advantage and Advantage has worked the best for us. We just have to apply it about every three weeks instead of four.

| Well, you know the struggle I've had with them. I bathe Sadie in Dawn and if I think the fleas are bad enough, give her a CapStar, which is supposed to immediately start killing all the fleas on her. Most of the other flea treatments are just supposed to prevent them from reproducing, but the Capstar kills all the adults on them.

I read somewhere that you can use babypowder on tiny kittens and it makes the fleas leave.

Man, I am so sorry about that. Be careful with the chemicals being pregnant and all. Borax detergent works great for carpets, just sprinkle all over, work in and leave it over night then vacuum the next day. Works like a charm.

| I've used Dawn as well and it worked great. I lathered them up and let it sit for about five minutes and then rinsed really well and it did the trick.

| I'm glad to know we aren't the only ones fighting the flea battle. Not a flea in sight until about a week ago. Then, wham! And Roxy and Remi both were treated with Advantix K9. So, I soaked them and scrubbed them and picked all the half dead fleas off, I thought. The came back so I tried BioSpot since Roxy has developed an alergy to the Advantix. Fleas gone for 1 day then back they came. Dawn is next since I don't dare put anything else on them for a couple weeks. I think I'll try Frontline Plus. I HATE FLEAS. Mosquitoes and fleas - what was God thinking?

| UHH!! I hate fleas. Aubrey has flea medicine, and Dakota is to small for flea medicine so I have been keeping a close eye on those fleas. Good luck! |

I Love My Lil' Punkin's Donating Member | Awww heck! Don't you just hate it? My babies don't have fleas...and hopefully they never will, BUT - my friend that lives out in the country...her little Yorkies were infested with them! And when there are so many, they're NOT easy to get rid of!
