| Dont go. I dont think anybody meant anything to sound bad with how they replied to you. That can be the problem with forums and typing- you can take it the wrong way because you dont know the attitude of how something is being written. I really think people were just trying to be helpful. I am very close to your age and completely understand the frustration you are going through with training your dog. My Chloe is 6 months and she is still not potty trained. I have tried the puppy pads and they didnt work. I also have a hard time letting her out as often as she needs to go out(which is a lot for her). But I know it was this way with my other dogs but they all have learned and so will she.. eventually. I have just been making her wear diapers and if I leave for a couple hours I keep her in a crate. SHe is so cute and loveable that its all worth it as I am sure it also is with your yorkie. Good luck and I hope you stay with us

| I'm sorry you are upset, I really have no clue what happened but I really think whatever it was you should stay because there really is alot of caring people on here. You could probably help alot since you had a yorkie for so long, there are alot of new yorkie owners that could benefit from you. |

| Oh, we really dont want u to leave...I know some of the posts might come off as harsh, but its different because its typed then if we were actually telling it to u. Believe me, we were all in the same boat as u at one time or another. I too work ALLLLL day and dont get home sometimes until 6-6:30, and Dolce has been in her playpen since 7 in the morning. She is now 10 mths old and believe me she still has accidents. Of course the last thing i wanna do after working all day and sitting in traffic is to come home and clean up pee on my rug or the floor. I have had my "pull my hair out of my head" moments too. I said the "i cant take her anymore"....but then i thought about it and i know its not her fault. Whenever she is out of the playpen, i watch her....earlier in her training i was like a hawk. Eveerytime I saw her going to pee i would grab her and put her on her wee wee pad. It takes time, ALOT of time....but Mickey will get it...i promise. Just be persistent, and of course if u catch him in the act, tell him NO and then take him to the pad. There were alot of good suggestions in ur previous thread from the YT members....i have heeded their advice before and it usually works wonders. Hang in there sweetie....Mickey will be peeing on the pad in no time and we would really like it if u stayed here on the board with us!!!

| OMG i'm at my wits end with this dog please somebody help me! I"m regreting getting him at all. He isn't training at all I bought the wee wee pad holder to hold down the pad and he is right now chewing on it and ripped the pad WHAT DO I DO????? I do believe the above was your original post. It was the dog we were so concerned about. Take care. Goodbye.

| Your post read as someone who was angry and regretted getting the dog. It really sounded like you were nearing the point of getting rid of him. I think the people on this forum want to see all dogs loved and cared for and if even one little pup found itself without a home, there would be a fistfight as to who would take it. Taking care of a dog is work plain and simple! |

| Please stay. I am young just as you are. I don't think I know exactly what has happened, but I do want to tell you we ALL have had times of frustration at some points in our lives. we ALL have vented our anger some point as well. Just stay and try not to let a few people run you away. P.S. My Peanut thinks he is very cute.

| Mickey, I can see why you're upset. I would be very angry if people were offering to buy Stewie from me just becausee I may have exagurated a bit. Maybe you can try confining Mickey in the kitchen or bathroom instead of his crate while you're gone with pee pads. That might be easier for him to adjust. Take the time to get to know us. Most of us are really good people who care a lot about our dogs (and everyone else's, too!)
