Hello everyone! I just wanted to introduce myself as I'm new to this board.

I'm Barb from Houston and I have a 1-1/2 year old Yorkie named Whimsey.

Hi Barb and whimsey, I am Trudie from Indiana and right now I have 9 yorkies and 3 cats, and I also help with yorkie rescue in my area.

Hi and welcome. I love this site. I've only been on it for a few weeks and already find myself addicted!

I'm Brandi and I have a 3 month old yorkie named Hercules.

Please post pictures of Whimsey for us all to see!!

Welcome, Barb & Whimsey!! I'm Bettye and am owned by Toto ... our little Yorkie girl who is 16 months and 4 lbs.! She's a tad spoiled but we thought you were supposed to ... toooo late now!!

Hello everyone! What a nice welcome!

I'll post a picture as soon as I figure out how.

Whimsey is 3-1/2 pounds and she is very spoilt. She is my second Yokie. My first (Ginger) passed away when she was 16.

I am Yorkie obsessed. LOL!

Hi and Welcome Whimsey. I am new here too and I can't get enough!! Lots of really good info to share and it is nice to be with other people who are owned by their yorkies. My avatar is a picture of my two little ones, I would have 10 if I could..........I love them to pieces.

Oh it's wild at times, especially when the yorkies decide that one of the cats needs to be chased around the house. I have one cat that plays with the yorkies all the time, and he lets the little puppies jump all over him and chew on the ears. Poor cat has no hair on his ears anymore. He is a Russian Blue, and very laid back. I also have 2 yorkies that are mortal enemies. I have to keep 2 of my females seperated at all costs, so we switch where they are. Both females get along with all the other yorkies, but not each other, so we split the pack with them.

Thanks, I try to keep updating it as I find more information on yorkies, especially the health area, but I really love to mess with the holiday pages. Right now I am updating the Christmas pages for this year, and they are almost done.

Welcome to Yorkietalk. I am also owned by my two yorkies, Maddie will be two in Feb and Rudy was one in Nov. I got addicted to yorkies 19 years ago when I got my first Max. He passed away two years ago at 17 years old, he had a great live. Even my Chow-mix Lucky is addicted to them. She is 15 years old and went into a depression when Max passed away. Now I am blessed with two. It is a great site with alot of good people and information. I live about 60 miles southeast of Houston in Beaumont..........Cindy
