| Maddie is missing! Denise needs our prayers! I got the most awful news from Denise today. She is so brokenhearted and overwhelmed with sadness and grief. Maddie is missing again. A couple days ago, Denise was packing and cleaning very late into the night and morn, as they will be moving to a different home. She took Maddie outside for a potty break and sat down in one of their loungers. She was so exhausted, that she fell asleep. When she woke up, Maddie was gone. She doesn't know how Maddie could have gotten out of the fence...can't find anywhere that Maddie could have squeezed through. She is so devastated and has guilt feelings because she feels responsible. I told her she was exhausted and what happened could happen to anyone. I feel so bad for her and only wish I could help in the search. I wish I was closer! Maddie has been missing for two days now. They have printed the posters, called radio stations, gone looking for Maddie and so far there has been no word. I told her not to give up...that some missing dogs aren't found for a week or more. One thing good, is that Maddie now has a microchip. Poor Denise...she just couldn't bring herself to tell YT'ers because she felt like some might look down on her. She is being so hard on herself and needs to hear from everyone that it was an accident and could happen to anyone. My heart just breaks for her. If anyone wants to contact Denise, please do it through pm's or email. She is so overwhelmed right now, she doesn't think she can handle phone calls. She is so broken hearted right now and with the move, and now Maddie missing, her life has been turned upsidedown. Please pray for Maddie's safe return. Please also pray for Denise, her husband, Dan, and their daughters, Lauryn and Lexi. Come home, little darling Maddie. Your family needs you! Denise...hugs to you! No one will think less of you for this happening.

| Oh NO! She shouldn't feel guilty about it. It could happen to anyone. I've read on the news that since yorkies became such a popular and high-demand pooch that people would do anything to have one, including stealing someone else's. I'm not saying that's what happened but it could be a possibility. Prayers are going out for her safe return. |

| Oh no, poor thing, not again. My thoughts and prayers go to Maddie's swift return. I know from first hand experience how frightening and heartbreaking this is! I hope someone finds and returns her to Denise quickly. And let Denise know not to beat herself up; she didn't intend to fall asleep, and it's not like she put Maddie out and then went and laid down. She was out there with her; this could happen to anyone after such a hard and stressful day!!

| oh bless her heart... no one will look down on her. it could happen to any of us. I hope they find her. I am glad she is chipped. I wish more people knew about microchips. If they found a stray they would be more apt to take it directly to find if it had one or not. It might help speed up the process of getting them home. I am adding maddie, denise and her family to my prayers.

| Oh gosh, poor Denise and Maddie. I'm praying for Maddie's safe return and for Denise and her family....Oh please, I hope that Maddie is reunited safely with Denise. I pray that someone finds her and returns her to Denise. This was most definitely just an accident. Please don't be too hard on yourself, it could happen to anyone...

Donating YT 11K Club Member | omg! My heart is breaking for her. When I saw this thread my heart dropped and i wished it was the old one from a couple months ago. I will be praying for her. How could she have possibly gotten out the fence, unless someone took her, that would be just horrible! I hope maddie is safe wherever she is!
