| my 8 week old yorkie is always chewing on our fingers My 8 week old seem to always want to chew on our fingers! if we say no he will stop for a second and then start again. My question is is this normal for his young age? or should I start getting more strict with him? |

| You might want to get him something to distract him, he's just being a puppy Maybe a Kong toy or a bully stick to chew on. Good Luck, I remember my Simon LOVED to chew on my fingers like they were toys but don't worry, he'll grow out of it~ |

| Hey there. Your little one is teething. It's very normal for them to chew on your fingers at that age. Bully Sticks work really well. My girl is is just about 3 1/2 months old now and like yours chewed on our fingers a lot. We gave her the bully sticks and toys of course and she then had no interest in our fingers. Found out there are better things to chew on. LOL. Elaine |

| Yeah...mine used to be a big time chewer...fingers were his favorite, toes his second fav. He is now almost 6 months, and I just recently realized, "oh, Kobi doesn't chew on fingers or toes anymore" So I guess it happened naturally with him. I did try to distract him and say no, etc, but nothing really worked until he decided not to do it anymore. Good luck with your puppy, and post some pics for us, pleaseeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeee

| Yes just like a baby they always want something in their mouths...Just keep giving him something else, that you want him to chew on, and he'll be over it before you know it
