| Found an ADORABLE Yorkie!!!!! You know God has a funny way of taking care of our babies!!! We live in Charlotte, NC which is a very busy city but we happen to live in a very secluded area with virtually no neighbors. So for us to find an adorable little Yorkie...we were shocked!!! He was scared to death and shaking all over. We knew that he belonged to someone because he was so clean and had a very cute "puppy cut". We immediately checked him for tags....he had a very nice collar and a name tag (his name was BJ) with a phone number (which was out of state). I called the number over and over but there was no answer and no voice mail. In mean time, we fed him and gave him water and he immediately took to our Yorkie, Buddy. All I could think about was that someone is devastated that they cannot find their baby. So my little boy and I set out to drive around all the connecting neighborhoods to our property. In the mean time, I said a little prayer for our new friend that we would find his family. At the same time explaining to my 10 year old why we could not keep BJ ....that some family is heartbroken that they have lost their dog. I wanted my son to know that if we ever lost Buddy that I hoped someone would find him that would return him to us. After driving around for over an hour we decided to run home to grab my sons shoes so we could drive to a local vet to see if BJ had a micochip. Just as we were approaching our house I looked across a huge vacant field beside our house and saw an old man walking. I could tell he was very destressed....my son immediately held BJ up and out the passenger side window so the man could see BJ. The look on the little mans face was worth a million dollars....he started to run toward us. Talk about a happy reunion....there were no words to describe it!!!! The little man had been keeping BJ for his 4 grandchildren while they were away on a cruise. He said, all he could think about was what was he going to tell his grandkids when they arrived home and BJ was gone. I guess the bottom line is that BJ picked a great place to get lost. Hopefully, BJ is enjoying being back home snuggled up with Grandpa!!!! I bet BJ will not leave Grandpa's sight until the Grandkids return home!!!

| Wow, I'm so glad it was you who found him. I can only imagine that man's relief to get that little guy back. Good for you for doing the right thing and making it possible for those kids to get their dog back.

| That is a great story. I got all choked up and teary when you brought the little old man into the story. Not that it makes a difference of who BJ belonged to but I was so sad that this little man had lost his little man. Good story and happy ending. What a great mom & yorkie mom you are
