| grasss and berries Hello, my yorkie, 4 lbs., eats a lot of grass and berries from a flowering crab apple tree. Will this harm him? |

| Grass is fine, not sure about the berries. What kind of berries are they? If they're berries you would eat then I'd guess it's okay, but some other berries are poisonous. (I live in the city so I really have no idea what a crab apple tree is lol ) |

My furkids Donating Member | Dogs do occasionally eat grass...especially if they have a belly ache...as for the berries???!!! I would NOT allow him to eat berries...some berries can be very poisionus....and one thing to keep in mind...just because it MAY be safe for humans does NOT necessarily mean it is safe for our furbabies...some human food ie...raisins, grapes, ham, pork can be very fatal to these little ones...I would call your vet and just let him know what he ate....JMO
