I am sure some of those Chinese companies would sell you some. Just put in "wholesale dog clothes" and google it.

I'm not sure about ordering in bulk, but I know you can get blank tees in a variety of colours (with or without contrasting trim) from www.barkindogclothes.com. E-mail Rena and ask her.

I was going to say the same thing. I haven't even begun to search all of our vendors but if you google it you come up with huge numbers. I'm still trying to find out.

How many different sizes and colors do we want?
I know I would like to have several colors in either a XS or S depending on what the vendor suggests for size. Adie is like halfway between the two sizes most of the time.
