Donating YT 11K Club Member | Do your babies stay in bed late? Me and my bf stay up some nights all night till the wee hours and wake up really late. We are young and going to sleep early doesn't sit well with us, idk it's just hard to. We also go out to parties, etc. once a while and so our sleep schedules change. I also work so the days I work really early I go to sleep early but some days I work till really late, I have AM and PM shifts so it constantly changes, so those days I go to sleep late and wake up late the next day if I don't have to work. I also go to school twice a week and those days I wake up really early. Teddy and London sleep when I sleep and when me and my bf are up during the nights they are also up with us. Sometimes they take naps in between but I was wondering if this is bad for them? Irregular sleep schedules? Does anyone else have irregular work schedules, sleep habits like us?? And is it bad for our babies?

| I hope it's not bad for them! We have irregular sleep habits too and the thing I love about Toto ... if there's a body on the bed, she's next to it!!

| I'm sure it's not bad for them, but at least they sleep in. Mine are up now (6:45) and danced on my head until I went downstairs and let them out. Usually if I let them out and feed them their breakfast they will come back to bed and quietly snuggle and chew their sticks until I get up. It's nice to have little alarm clocks during the week when I don't want to get up, but it's annoying when I want to sleep an extra hour on the weekends and they are up with the sun!

| Seymour would stay in bed ALL DAY if we would let him. His favorite place in the whole world is in bed. He will stand in the hallway with a toy in his mouth in the evening WAITING to go to bed!

| Oh, how I WISH my two would sleep in! They are up EVERY morning at 5 a.m. no matter how late I keep them up the night before On the weekends I let them go potty and sometimes, just sometimes, they will let me sleep another hour but every time I move in the bed they are right there licking my face letting me know they are ready to have their breakfast. Gotta love 'em!

It's a Yorkie Thing Donating Member | My liitle guy sleeps with me and is up at the crack of dawn, but then he takes naps off and on all day. Wish I could. But someone has to work to pay for all the toys and treats.

| My two LOVE to sleep in (and thank god cause I do too). They used to get up early.. but now they both sleep in regulary. It's funny.. I can go take a shower and be getting ready and they will still be in the bed asleep.

| I don't think it's going to hurt them at all. Dogs are only nappers anyway, waking up many times during the night to look around, walk around and just lay resting instead of sleeping. If they get sleepy during the day, believe me, they WILL find a place to crash. |

| Maggie does not get up until I do. Which sometimes 8,9,and as late as 10 am once in a while. I stay up late and sleep in. Hubby is up at 5 am but she never makes a sound. she stays on the bed right beside me and on weekends if he gets up (which he always gets up before me) she still stays in bed with me until I get up. once we go to bed at night, she stays there until I get up. I'm glad too because i've never been easy to wake up or a morning person. But when I worked I had to get up but now I dont so, she and I get up when we want to. Hubby never wakes me up, even if I ask him to, most of the time. He makes his coffee and sits on the deck while maggie and I snooze. lol
