| Doggie Clothing how do u get starting on making and designing doggie clothes. it looks pretty hard. any ideas on how a beginner shud start??? |

| well... today I went to walmart and got my patterns. I do not know how in the world I am going to make it cause the ones that i bought are for a 7 lbs dog and mine is only 3 lbs> LOL. also I bought some cute textiles. I will let you know how it goes. Great post i need help too!! |

| lol. i have all my patterns ready, but the thing is that i dont even knoe how to start. where do u stitch and where do u cut and all of that stuff...a trainer wud b nice |

| i tried making a vest, but i dont think it came out well. I dont even have a sewing machine so i did it by hand..but by her neck there is alot of access fabric and idek why lol it gets me so frusterated how do u guys do it? |

| Start with a measuring tape. That is a must if you want the standard patterns to ever fit a smaller dog. Measure, cut down, sew, try it on and then do it again till it fits right!!!!

Peeka Boo I See You! Donating Member | I also design my own clothing i don't use store bought patterns it takes time and patients. it took me a year to design my vest harnesses and a lot of work. just practice
