Scary and I don't know what to do. To make a long story short, JPop, 3 yrs, and TJ, 6 mos. have started fighting. Hubby doesn't want to fix JPop and I had planned to have TJ neutered this week, but if you read my post in sick & injured, you know we had "eye" work done instead. I have to keep them seperated, to the point where there is an x-pen seperating my kitchen and living room with a sheet over it so they can't see each other! I've had to seperate them 3 or 4 times, luckily before anybody got hurt. I know they are just establishing the top dog status, which JPop has been, but how do I handle this? TJ will be ready for neutering after his eye heals, 2 - 3 weeks, but what then?? I can't just let them fight! Anybody have advise for me? I can't keep them seperated forever...and hubby is patient right now, but how long will that last?? I really need help!

Ive heard that fixing dogs doesnt always calm them down. And also who is starting the fights? if its the other one the one not getting fixed then it might not change things at all. I have no idea what to tell you keeping them apart all the time would be hectic and hard to do, and they will never learn to get along if they are always part.

Actually, I think it is TJ (the youngest) starting the fights. Up until about 4 - 5 days ago, they were best friends! Then all of a sudden. I was thinking its TJ's teenage years and the harmones are raging!
