| Do you mean like filing a lawsuit in small claims court? Did they hurt the little guy? Or mess up the cut? If so, have you talked to the owners and asked for a refund? You can file a suit for any reason....can you tell a little more detail please?

| Yes filing a lawsuit in small claims court. They didn't hurt him but I asked to trim him 3/8 of an inch and they chop all his hair, I know is just hair but it took me 1 year and lots of money and time to get his hair how he had it, to just hear an I'm sorry for the mistake. |

| I doubt they would really take the matter seriously people dont tend to when its not there babys involved. I do understand where your coming from tho but i doubt its worth the time and money sueing over the bad hair cut. other wise lots of people would get sued i mean how many bad hair cuts have you had i know ive had plenty. |

| I would be so mad too. Sometimes sorry just isn't good enough. Good luck on whatever you decide. I am not sure if it would be worth the trouble, time and money to file a lawsuit though. |
