My dog was neutered on 1/23/07 and he is still humping on this particular stuff Chichuacha toy. Last nite i saw him in action then i took the toy away. As i was sitting down he was licking his wee wee area. Then i saw something long close to touching the ground. Then i thought it was his poop, but i can't be cause his poop will be at the back of his butt. Then i held him up by his two paw and good lord it was his penis... He was horny. This wat the first time i saw that him like dat since his neutering + one of his testicle didn't drop so they had to take it out (forgot the terminology for the procedure). Is this normal? Since last nite to now he still have some sticking out but is red.

In my mind i asked myself did the doctor do the procedure, but there were two incisions. I will show u a picture (viewer discretion advise). I didn't take it when his penis extended. Tell me if it does happen after the procedure...

That didn't happen with my Biscuit. The only time his lipstick comes out is if he hasn't seen me in awhile and he gets super excited. I would think that you should call the vet to ask about it if it hasn't gone away. It seems like it may be irritating for him if he's licking it so much?

He's not licking much, just after he's been humping on the stuff chihuahua toy and if his wee wee sticks out. I just dont know if anyone else have this situation..

I just reread your post and I think I misunderstood what you were asking about.
It is normal for this still to happen from time to time even after they are neutered. Also, depending on how old he was when you got him neutered, he can still get the "humps". The longer you wait, the more testosterone gets produced and they can still have these behaviors even after the procedure.

It is normal. It can take a month for the hormones out of their system. Chachi still humped after his neuter and sometimes I saw his lipstick however he started doing it less frequently untll he wasnt doing it at all anymore

He was neutered at 6 months. He is born on 6/30/06. If this is normal then i can be relieved. I will just not let him play with that toy for a couple of days.

Whats weird is last night it wasn't just a lipsticks. He extended his wee wee out like 3-4" down. I was like OMG. Have Chachi ever do dat?

Pepper was neutered almost 3 months ago at 6 months and has that one toy that tries to hump, I end up putting it away every single time... But he doesn't do it as often as before the neuter (it used to be any toy that's close in size to him),and I never saw his lipstick come out after. So I guess it gets better with time.
