| The Yorkies on this site.... Are all so beautiful!! My new latest favorite is the Yorkie jail. When I am reading, I get distracted by the avatars because they are so awesome! Every now and then, one will catch my eye because it looks like my Sassy. I absolutely love the braids that some of you do. Think my Sassy's hair (I know, I know.. ..it's fur) will ever get long enough to do that? It's gorgeous when they have braids. When I got Sassy last month, the front of her hair ( ) was cut and fanned across the forehead. I was too excited when it got long enough to put in a little Pebbles pony on top. Just barely. But at that point, I had something to put the bow on. I always swore I would never put my dog in dresses, but that was before I had a Yorkie and some of those things are just so darn cute and they look absolutely precious wearing them. Now, I want everything I see for her. If I keep spending at this rate, we will be on the corner begging for treats and tiny bites with a tin cup. I do not believe that this desire to buy, buy, buy things for her will ever go away. Heck, I never see that many things I want to buy for me. Close, but if it's for me I find I can exercise more control. So....how many over spending, awww, isn't that too cute.... oh my gosh I have to get this.....well, I'll buy this one and then back off for a while.... mommies are out there? How many of you sneak it home and put it away before anyone else sees another new baby buy? Hmmmm? This is the one thing that makes me glad to live alone. No one to sit in judgement of my spending on her. LOL But I can imagine what it would have been like. I would probably have Yorkie stash in all the closets. |

| Haha! I'm def. guilty of "over-buying" things for my pooches. But their my children, and what parent doesn't spoil their kids They have to many shirts in the same color it's kind of sad, haha! I do think I need to cut back a little though or we'll both be on the street corner together begging for treats and tiny bites ( LOL, that was hlarious by the way!!!!!).

| Ha Ha! I hear you. I don't have to answer to anyone either - except the bank! Every week it's at least one thing. A toy or a sweater. Next purchase is going to be some boots! I make her dresses. But I only crochet, not knit, so the sweaters aren't as cute - I don't think. She's growing out of her winter coat and I can't find anything this late in the season at the stores. So, I may have to make her one. I love them in clothes and I also never thought I'd say that. |

| I spend way too much on Hannah. My husband gets so mad at me. I told him that Hannah is my hobbie. He has very expensive hobbies so I can have one too. Before I got Hannah I worked and cleaned and slept. So I got Hannah and I quit my job, my house is a mess because I have a yorkie talk addiction and I have never been happier. My family thinks I have gone crazy and I told them that is what happens when your husband works 80 hours a week and you have a teenager that has a drivers lisence. I was lonely and I got Hannah for company...its better than having an affair...lol |

| I'm so bad. I buy clothes and carriers and Gus hardly ever wears clothes and rarely goes in the carriers. It's all for me. I would be in big trouble if I had a girl. Sammiz, you were right the first time. You call it hair or coat for Yorkies not fur. I didn't know that either until YorkieRose mentioned it.

Your husband works 80 hours a week?! I used to work like that but never will again. What's the point? All that work for money to live and never really living. It took me far to long to get to the point that I realized that. Nobody calls me a workaholic anymore, either.

My husband works very long hours too, or is away. My son's grown & married, so I'm alone a lot & Tansy is definately my baby, be lost without her I spend loads on her, though it's mostly toys, there's a box full in every room in the house! She's first in the shopping bags when I come home I love the little dresses you put on them over there, but you don't get dogs wearing them here, could only imagine the comments she'd get in our northern village !! So I have to make do with woolly coats & macs to keep out the constant rain.......but she's got more grooming stuff & hair bows & slides than a beauty queen

| Seeing as (in my case) I'm blessed not to have a hubby......I get comments from my grown son LOL......"what are you buying her that for, you never even take her out..." I do take her out...not often...I'm a little nervous taking her out....ok call it paranoid....Brandi has a much more extensive wardrobe then me I think...sweaters in every color.....dresses....coats....gosh I've learned to love shopping.....as long as it's shopping for Brandi LOL |

| Sissy has quite the extensive wardrobe and Angel's is well in the works!! Before Sissy came into my life, I knew I wanted a female to put bows in her hair, but thought dressing your pup was dorky. Oh, how I've changed!! It didn't take long looking at all these cute little pups and searching web sites to find such cute stuff we just HAD to have it. And becoming educated on harnesses rather than collars meant we needed even more!! I also never thought I'd even think about a 2nd one, let alone long for one and then plan and plan!! With my occupation (yoga & pilates instructor) I have early morning classes and work most evenings, so I'm home during the day. My kids are grown and out of the house and on the occasional week night that I don't teach, the hubby is usually doing work on the computer. My pups have been my salvation. My kids refer to them as their replacements!! I do, however need to get the VISA bill under control or I'll be joining you all on the street corner!! I don't work less, but I do keep my daytime classes to a minimum to spend as much time as possible with my girls!!
