| Does Your Yorkie Like Cats? I just let my girls outside and we have an outside cat that started out as a stray and now 15 years later she is still with us. We love her and she would be a inside cat but I am very allergic to cats and she has only known the outside and gets very nervous if we bring her inside. Anyway when we got our newest baby Abbie now 5 months old. Kit Kat immediately started mothering her and they bonded very quickly. My oldest girl Reesie is 16 months old and she is the referee. If she thinks the cat is becoming a little to aggressive she will get between the two of them and break it up. I've got two mammas for Abbie. Just wanted to know if anyone has any dog/cat stories to share. |

| My yorkateers are all cat chaser but with one they play all the time chasing each other back and forth...but I have one in the house (my daughters) that they don't like and chase her all the time, they don't catch her, they would be scared to death if they did, but they don't like her for some reason, and she was her first....

| Mine tolerate our cat but thats better than it used to be when they would bark at her. They at least now cohabitate together okay. They will never get to the point that they play together

| yep mine like cats and think all of them are up to playing with them but they are not all friendly and a stray could be carrying disease due to no shots and such or can injure your dogs with a swipe be careful

| My fat cat Peanut (16 1/2 lbs) loves to play with Bella. He will actually initiate play, and then wrestle with her. Whisper will tolerate Bella, so Bella basically leaves her alone. I've even caught them laying together. Well... once, but it was so cute. Sasha we have trouble with. She's our oldest cat (around 10 yrs old) and she HATES Bella. So... everytime Bella is around Sasha hisses and growls and that sets Bella off barking and chasing her. It's like come on stupid cat if you stopped hissing and growling at her she'd leave you alone!!! |

No Longer a Member | I hate to say this but mine Hate cats, unless its ours. If I say its ok then they leave it alone but if a stray comes by, its no holds barred they will try to catch it. They are the typical mouse and rat killers in the barn and now they have become the snake and possum killers. My yorkies think they weigh 100 lbs. and are fearless. |

Donating YT 500 Club Member | As you can see, Ruby looooves her cats!! Doesn't care for dogs though. Sharing "Frosty Paws" icecream with Yoda on her birthday.Trying out the new Cuddle Cup together. Visiting with Buttercup. Telling Yoda - "Why no, that sweater doesn't make you look fat at all!!"
