| brush her teeth Hi new mom! I always go on and on about tooth brushing...so here I go. I would recomend you start brushing your new babies teeth once a day. Even though they don't have their adult teeth yet, it helps improve breath and gets them used to teeth brushing early. Sydney love it because the toothpaste I buy tastes like caramel. She actually starts begging when she sees the tube of toothpaste. Anyway...this should improve your baby's breath 100% plus it should save you the trouble and $ of having to have their teeth professionally cleaned at the vet once a year. Good luck |

I brush Biddy's teeth all the time, but I've never brushed Tucker's little baby teeth! I figured that I didn't have to since they were going to fall out anyway. I guess I should start? They are SO tiny! We call them his little dolphin teeth...

| I brush Bellas teeth and she is 11 weeks old. I don't use a tooth brush right now I just use tooth paste on a piece of gauze. This gets her used to it so we can do it when she gets her permanate teeth. She loves it. |

| You can try putting DOGGY toothpaste (I use CET brand) on a baby toothbrush at night and putting it in the freezer. Next morning give your baby the toothpaste popsicle to munch on for a few minutes. He can have a treat and become accustomed to the feel of the toothbrush in his wee mouth. Later you can start brushing if you try this method. Good Luck! He doesn't eat his own poo does he? |

| Walmart sells mint flavoring for dogs. You add alittle to their water, and my Yorkie's breath is 80 percent better now. Kate Quote:

| Its probably just puppy breath. Your puppy probably just got weaned. Mamaboy - I am from Chicago. You're not too far from me. I see you're in the land of retail (as I call it)

| pup Bad breath at 6 weeks is not normal..6 months maybe, by then they can have extra teeth and food gets caught. At 6 weeks they barely have teeth popping through..have you heard the term "puppy breath"? Among breeders that is a sweet smell..since young pups have the sweetest smell to them. I would have the vet look at her..good luck |
