| Paranoid Xmas Tree Question Has anyone ever had any problems with their furbabies eating the Xmas tree needles? Is it better to just convert to a fake tree? |

| The only problems I have had with them is Ramsey taking the decorations off the tree. So the bottom layer of branches has no decorations. |

| This is Ninna's first Christmas so in order to avoid any accidents and have a happier time we will be buying a small real tree and placing it on top of a table.. BEtter safe than sorry!!

| My last Yorkie never bothered the tree at all... I'm not too worried about Jackson bothering it either. He avoids anything prickly, even when I take him out to go potty. Now I fear our kittens will be another story! Yikes!

| I have a fake tree and all xmas bulbs are plastic or foam just in case.. They do get the round ones and toss them like a ball and my Daisy trys to bury things in the tree cover.. Nothing to super bad...

| This is our 1st Christmas with our babies. I'm allergic to real trees, so we have a fake. We were putting up the tree last Sunday. Even fake trees shed. The girls had the needles in their fur & were trying to eat them. I cleaned up the ones that fell on the floor & did my best on getting the ones they took off with. I've found 2 bulbs so far in other rooms. So the bottom branches are bare now. I think they think they are balls to play with. I'm waiting to put their gifts under also, they will have the paper torn off & eaten before Christmas. I also had to put the stockings up, I found them dragged off also. It's something new, and they are having a hard time not checking it out. |

HAHAHAH! And watch out for any decorations that are on the ground. I have this 5 foot snowman, that my little Brasco loved to peepee on last year! Little stinker!!!! So I sprayed it this year with NO GO, and so far, so good. No lifting of the leg on the snowman so far! HAHAHAH!

| This will be Rudy's lst Christmas also. Someone else mentioned exactly what we plan to do. Put a artificial small tree on a table top to prevent Rudy from getting into the decorations and possibly getting an ornament with a hook on it. I would never forgive myself for not trying to prevent that. We bought him a Christmas stocking already and are looking forward to his lst Christmas with us. Rudys Mom (Dawn) |
