Is it normal for the coat to be thinner on their head than the rest of their body? It seems Ariel has such anice thick coat on her body but on her hair it is more sparse...so just curious if this is about right.

How old is she? I know that one of our pups head hair is starting to turn colors so it looks thin. However, if you part it and look at the roots it's not really scalp we're seeing it's her roots that are lighter.

She is 11 weeks old.

She's just a hair older than our puppies, does it look like light roots? If not she might just be losing her puppy hair on her head.
