| YT 5000 Club Member  |  Can someone tell me how... to use Infranview to resize pictures so that I can make an avatar? Thanks for any help!

| Open the pic w/ Ifranview, the on the menu bar at the top go to IMAGE. In the dropdown menu from IMAGE there will be RESIZE/RESAMPLE so cick on that, then choose your size. You could also just press CTRL R
