| Teeth Brushing Do yours like their teeth brushed? Mine do not like it! Is there an easier way that I'm missing? |

| Mine don't like their teeth brushed at all. But they're getting used to it little by little. I've seen some YT'ers mention Petzlife, but I've never used it. It's something that you put on the dog's tongue and it coats their teeth. It's supposed to decrease plaque buildup.

| Well, hopefully I have found an easier way, but I won't know for sure for a couple of weeks. I ordered this spray from Petzlife.com (yes, that's a Z). You can order it in spray or gel and it works on dogs and cats. I just gave Chloe her first spray this evening. As soon as I use it for a few weeks and hopefully have good results, I'll post to let everyone know about it. I just hate the thought of having to put her under anesthesia to get her teeth cleaned. |

| Actually, you don't have to spray it on their teeth, just in their mouth. It's made from all natural ingredients (smells a lot like peppermint). With cats, they recommended the gel and you just put a little on the top of their paw for them to lick it off. It's late and I need to get to bed, but tomorrow I'll get back with you and give you the ingredients. Again, I won't know for a few weeks whether or not it works. I plan to take a photo of Chloe's teeth, before and after and will try to post. She's right at two years old now, so they're not real bad, but I didn't want it to get out of hand. Talk to you tomorrow! |

| We had absolutely no luck trying to brush RoxyJo's teeth, so we put toothpaste on her little brush and let her chew the brush. She chews on both sides, so it seems to work pretty well. She will even chew on it when we aren't trying to brush her teeth.

| My babies love those blue bumpy bones, I have several of them in the house for everyday chewing but they get special ones with beef flavored toothpaste on it a couple times a week to clean their teeth.
