Hi! Just was just wondering if anyone had any additional info. Sorry to bother, but I am becoming increasingly dissatisfied with Banfield. They totally suck!

Sometimes that can be to the dog's advantage if it's really small, but the vet should explain this to you before moving forward. My advice is, ask a LOT of questions, no matter who you're dealing with. If they don't like it, there's someone else down the road who may know more and be willing to share with you. Rocky's vet spaced his shots, it was the rabies and something else. She didn't want to give him them both at the same time. But she didnt charge me for the next office visit. I didn't even ask. She just said to bring him in in a week (or however long it was) and I would just pay the $3 disposable fee, or something like that.

Do a search on YT for Banfield - I have seen a lot of negative posts about them. Is this the one in Petsmarts?

Yes, and I thought they were great until I realized that they have been giving Bleu Lepto all along without telling me. Then the girl that works there tells me that they don't order the shots without Lepto and they could but they won't do it for just me.
Now they've suggested that I put him on heart worm prevention, but they won't give a prescription for me to get it anywhere else. They charge $35 for 6 monthes and around $12 per pill individually. I can get them elsewhere for around $20 for 6 monthes but they require me to buy them individually from them until he's old enough for a heartworm test. That makes no sense to me at all!
