| Spooked!! Phil my hubby, walked down the stairs with a baseball cap on (which he rarely wears) and Darla spazzed out!! It will like a stranger walked in our house..she was terrifed of him!! We couldnt figure out what the heck was wrong with her..then it hit us THE HAT!! He took the hat off and she jumped on him and licked him up!! I tested it by putting up the hood on my hooded sweatshirt...SAME REACTION!! I even talked to her and said its just momma Darla..she wanted NO part of it...Its funny that she just dosent recognize us with hats on!! There Ive done my part in starting a 'new' idea for a thread..hehe Dawn |

| Timmy and Mimi do the same thing. My son and fiancee wear hats and they get so scared and start barking at them. I don't understand why either. |

| So funny! So, I don't have the only one who does that! It took me a while to figure out that it was the cap, too. She'd bark at guys in caps, because she's not used to seeing them.

I Love My Lil' Punkin's Donating Member | Scared Babies Aren't they funny? lol your Darla sounds so precious. Stedman used to do that at first too, but he has gotten so used to the hats because my husband wears them all the time. I love it when they realize it's you and then they run over and give you a big lick! Like ohhhhh ok, IT'S MOMMY! IT'S DADDY!!! lol so cute

| I used to have a chihuahua that would bark at me when I came out with a towel wrapped around my head. She was just a puppy then and she didn't know it was me, I guess!

| These pups are so funny! Howie wouldn't care.. lol. If someone walked in wearing a Jason mask wielding a knife he'd probably still shower them with kisses!

| OMG Adie is crazy like that too. Anything new and she is suspicious. I wear reading glasses and she gives me the funniest looks when I put them on. She use to bark at them. She is still trying to get over seeing my reflection in the dishwasher door. We also went through the towel on the head crazies. Hats don't seem to bother her all that much unless they hide part of the face. I wonder if it is little dog syndrome! |
