| Did anyone see the Yorkies on the Early Show? This morning, about 16 or so of us from the NYC Yorkie Meetup (from meetup.com) went over to the plaza of the Early Show on CBS, and met up with boxer and chihuaha owners. We were the crazies standing behind Dave Price yelling, "what's going on in your area!" after he did the national news. Alas, I don't see too many pictures online yet, and the only ones I could get are thumbnails--I ordered some pictures from the event and when I get them I'll scan them and put them up. Google got a closeup on TV though, the cameraman put that camera about 4 inches from Google's face! He was a good boy, and I finally discovered what it takes to tire him out--about 10 hours of steady, non-stop play! (I had take him to work with me the night before and he played through the whole shift!) |

| awwwww! That's so much fun! I went to Good Morning America when I went to NY in December....I even got to go inside because they weren't doing outside shots that day because of the weather. So they let me in even though I did not have a "ticket". It was a blast! Wish I had my Sadie with me, though!

| I wonder if that was what my daughter saw this morning. I was getting ready for work and she starting yelling "hurry come look at the Yorkies". But by the time I got in the living room, the news had changed to our local news. She said one looked like our Yorkie only with long hair. I will have her look at these picture tonight to see if this is what she saw. Now your Yorkie is a famous tv star to millions!!! |

| We had a GREAT time, and Google slept all day recovering from his exciting day! The funny part was the walk home; I was carrying him in a carrier that I wore on my chest--kind of like the kind of carrier people carry babies in--with his little head poking out. EVEYONE I passed, in the middle of midtown Manhattan, smiled at us--some make little barking noises to say hello to Google! As I headed for the car, we bumped into friends--Opie and Anthony of the Opie and Anthony show--they do an on-air "walkover" from their studios at FreeFM to SM Satellite radio every day, and we bumped into each other on the street--they STOPPED TRAFFIC long enough to ooh & ahh over Google and pet him and talk about him on the air. Then they went on to their XM show, and Google & I went on to my car, and we went home to go to sleep. It was a very busy morning! |

| wow that's great! They should have made a big deal out it and said the dogs were fans of The Early Show.

| here's one more picture, on the way home we ran into the Opie and Anthony show as they were heading to the XM studios from the FreeFM studios. In this picture Anthony is interviewing me while Jim Norton (also seen on HBO's "Lucky Louie") pets Google! |
