My Darla is a Borkie or Yo-chon...Yorkie/Bichon mix...does anyone else have one and if so I would love to see pictures and hear what your baby weighs and so forth..Thanks!!

I have a Bichon and a Yorkie --- both neutered males - so there will be no puppies here.

I would like to see some pictures of this mix also -- hope someone posts some.

Me again - I just looked at your pictures. I truly can't believe that Darla is part Bichon --- Are you sure???

I have an AKC registered Bichon - pure white white white with an extremely thick fluffy white coat.

I can see Yorkie in Darla - but no Bichon whatsoever........where did she get that dark - almost solid back coat of hair. She didn't get it from the Yorkie - and could never have gotten it from a Bichon. ???????

It will be interesting to see what some other Bichon owners think -- if they post.

Anyway - Darla is one cute little dog - no doubt about that!

Lol Carol Jean...I am 100% absolutely sure that Darla is yorkie/bichon lol...I know her mommy and daddy personally hehe. Her dad is a 4lb yorkie and her mom is an 8lb bichon...crazy eh?? No clue why the whole litter was black and white though...she has some tan on her but its hard to see in pictures..her hair growing around her nose (moustache) is tan and in the bright sunlight her back is speckled with tan. She has pure white under her chin and some on her paws and belly. No curls at all only a silky smooth coat...bizzare eh? I was hoping someone on here would have this mix just to see what others look like..

Thanks so much for the link and the comments browniesmom!! They kinda look like Darla...but not really....I guess she is a one of a kind

she really took on her daddys traits..she is so tiny and looks like a yorkie..her colours are her own though lol...thanks again,

I have a Yorkie/Bichon mix. His mother was a 9 lb Bichon and daddy was a 6 lb Yorkie. He was in a litter of 3 and the 2 little girls weigh 5 or 6 lbs full grown and Teddy Bear weighs 11.5 lbs. I have photo's of him in my photo album but I don't know how to post them. Can someone help me out?

They called him a Bichonkie.

I have never heard anyone call them Bichonkie lol...cute. I like Borkie compared to yo-chon which is what is listed in the American Hybird Club. Cant wait to see your pics!!

I have a Borkie. His name is Corkie (Yorkie). He's 2y old and Piccolo is 9 m old and terrorize him. He bites him, pulls his years jumps all over him but Corkie is very patient with him and lets him do anything. Piccolo takes all toys from poor Corkie and I have to give them back to him.

Wow I can't believe my eyes!! I have 2 yorkies, 2 toy poodles, and a Bichon. He has no black in him at all. Archie is AKC reg and is 8 years old. He is super white and the hardest to keep clean. He is also really fluffy!! I wonder why yours has so much black. Cute dog though!! Makes your baby very special!!

Hehe not sure why Darla is mostly black...her Bichon mommy is PURE white too and her dad is the typical yorkie colours...maybe when Darla gets older she will turn blue all over LMBO..JK...she is the sweetest dog in the world though, my fur daughter!
