| How many furbabies are missing??? I'm confused... Maddie is home but GreenLee and GlamGals furbaby are still missing??? Oh God, I think I need a drink before I send prayers! Forget the microchip, I think we need to plant a tracking devise in these babies

| Yea, it seems like there has been alot of yorkies missing lately. Where I live, there has been one missing for a month longer than mine and when I called all the shelters looking for mine, they said there was a woman looking for hers too. So thats 3 in my area that I know of! |

| How do these babies keep getting out by themselves? I don't have a fenced in yard so Lola does not go out without me. I do know a lady who has a few yorkies and she lets them run loose. I don't know how they don't wander or get snatched up by an owl or hawk being so little(they're all in the 3 pound range). I know a puppy/dog can sneak out but considering how many people consider them a baby I would think they'd have a pretty close eye on them. My heart would break if Lola was missing so I feel bad for all those who've had a scare lately. |

| One missing yorkie is one too many. I so wish I could be in all places at once helping to look. The couple of times my Chester got out I hyperventilated until we found him. Fortunately, he was old and couldn't move too fast, but anything can happen. Lots of prayers up for all the missing furbabies. |

Well, for me, I know that my Yorkie, Peek, was 9 years old and we have a fenced in yard with a privacy fence. I have never in his 9 years worried before about him wandering off, he has never gotten out. I never thought twice about letting him play outside, he loved it. I have no idea how he got out or why or even if someone came into my yard and took him. My neighborhood is very nice and everyone knows each other. I do have new neighbors on one side that always have tons of "20 something" aged kids over who are pretty rowdy, so I am starting to wonder....Like I said, I have never had to worry in all his 9 years and then they move in and he's gone...kinda fishy right? Even though I hate to think that way! Last edited by GlamrGirl; 08-22-2006 at 05:02 AM. | |

| OMG!! I tell you I don't know what I would do. I love my dogs as much as any person. I fear this, I'm sure we all do. We have a pet door and fenced yard but I have heard of people stealing yorkies right out of yards. I know a gal that this happened to her sister some years ago. I am even afraid to leave them in the car when I run into the store for a minute, although I do it once in a while. If I do, I make sure I am parked close to the foot traffic, not off in a place where the car could be broken into without notice. |

| OMG! I didn't realize there were so many missing! This is sad and worrisome! I know this is a situation that all of us on YT fear the most! I hope and pray that all these wonderful babies are found and returned home - safe and sound!
