|  Complaint Form For Kennels i believe this is the site, for certain states, you can complain about a kennel http://www.caps-web.org i know a lot of us have certain breeders/kennels we question. i believe you can go to this site and see if there has been any investigations on these people. check it out.....a lot of the videos are disturbing
