| Worried Ok. A few minutes around Jane and I went to my friend's house. Because they got a new yorkie pup(lucky them) . While we got the my friend, Star brought the puppy out. Jane began to growl. I was shocked. When the pup tried to come near Jane but she snarled and growled and ran behind me hiding for her. I got worried. If I get a yorkie will Jane be like that? I love jane but I am also worried that what if I am gone and its just Jane and the puppy. What would they do? Would Jane hurt her? I am so confused. Please help me!

| I personally think it would be differant for the dogs sharing "your house"...Jane probably just felt intimidated being "away" at a new place. All new member's of the house being brought in need time to adjust but with close supervision, time for each pet to have their own space and a lot of positive reinforcement I bet Jane would be best friends with a new friend in your house. Good luck!

| adjusting I agree she probably felt totaly out of her element. Plus it takes time for most animals to adjust to any new addition really. You just have to take it slow and have patience. |
