Are they making out? Call me crazy...I have a 9 month old female Lily, and 9 week old male Elvis. Lily will hold Elvis down and put her mouth INSIDE his and lick, lick, lick. I have to make her stop or she would do it for hours. He doesn't seem to mind, but it absolutely drives me nuts! What in the world is she doing?

I guess she's making out with him. (laughs) She could be just welcoming him to your family too. (laughs)

It just looks pitiful. He is tiny (1.5 lb) and she is NOT (6 lb) and just seeing her face inside his mouth......I don't know, it just drives me nuts. Maybe I'm just a prude!

I'm sure they are fine. I guess I am just trying to protect him because he is still such a baby. I don't want her taking advantage of him!!! I'll try to get a picture of them in the act and post it for all to see!

My daughter's dog is always trying to make out with my dog. They are both males so I love to tease my daughter about it- it really makes her crazy. I've wondered if he is really trying to lick at a food smell he is picking up on. They do eat the same food though so really, their mouths should smell the same. I know what you mean though, my daughter's dog is 5 lbs and mine is 3lbs and after a while it does start to look creepy.
