need info on starting foster/kennels

I am very interested in starting a doggie day care service/boarding service and foster care for small animals. could anyone tell me some guidelines or where i can go to find out.

Sorry I have no advice, I just wanted to wish you well with this endeavor. I've thought of doing this myself since we are way out in the country, but not sure at this time if that's my calling.

i've always wanted to do this as well. I got sick of working at the local animal shelter because of the way the place was run. I want to create my own rescue/boarding facility so that i can give these animals a home for life if they need it and adopt them out if i can after some rehabilitation.

I am applying to have my area re- zone for my kennel. I was hopeing there was an easier way.

I would love to be a part of something like that. There isn't much room in my area to put a rescue/boarding facility. And the cost of things over here is just ridiculous. unless i win the lotto, i don't think there's ever going to be a chance for me to do something like this or help out with something like this in my area. i need to move....

I am assuming you will need to go to your state government to start a small business (doggie day car/boarding). If you are just fostering and not starting your own rescue organization then work with a local rescue organization - they can help you.
